SHIPPING

Order processing

All orders will be processed within 5 business days of payment confirmation.

Stock

We only make available for purchase the material we have in stock to avoid stock-out mishaps.
If there is an item out of stock or with insufficient stock, the customer will be contacted in order to exchange or cancel it. If the customer has already paid for the order and there is a product out of stock, lebeluba.pt undertakes to refund the value of the respective item.
Returns for out-of-stock items are made by discount coupon, bank transfer, or by Mbway.

Price

All prices are presented in Euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force.
The prices of items indicated on the website may be changed without prior notice.
The price charged will always be the one in force on the date of the order.
The price of items may vary depending on quantity, size or color.

Shipping methods

All orders are sent by CTT, unless previously agreed with the customer.
lebeluba.pt is not responsible for any damage to items occurring during the shipping and handling process carried out by CTT or another transport company.

lebeluba.pt is not responsible for lost orders placed without the registration option, and if orders sent with registration are lost, the refund will be made after the process has been completed at CTT.

Orders valued above €25 do not have a simple shipping option.

Shipping costs vary depending on the method chosen and are calculated during the checkout process.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard shipping | 5 to 7 business days.
Express Shipping | 1 to 3 business days.

Order tracking

All orders include a tracking number that will be sent by email or the same contact method used to respond to the customer, as soon as the order is dispatched. Customers can track the status of their order using the associated number.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship nationwide and to Europe.

Delivery adress

Please be sure to provide an accurate delivery address during checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping delays

In the event of shipping delays due to weather conditions, holidays or other unforeseen events, we will do our best to inform customers of any changes to delivery times.

Shipping costs

Customers are responsible for any taxes or customs fees applicable to their order, as well as shipping costs.

Guarantees

lebeluba.pt does not guarantee the materials after their use.
We suggest that our customers follow the recommendations for use.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

If for any reason you want to return your item, you can do so within 15 days of receipt. The return shipping costs will be borne by you. As soon as the item is received by us in its original conditions, we will refund the amount paid without shipping costs.

Conditions for return

Items must not show signs of use and must be returned in the original packaging and with all tags intact.
We do not accept returns of items damaged due to misuse or neglect.

Return process

To start the return process, contact us via email at lebelubapt@gmail.com within the stipulated deadline.
Please provide the following information: order number, description of the item to be returned, and reason for return.
We will respond to your return request within 3 business days, providing detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or was sent incorrectly.

Items not eligible for return

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

Transport damage

f the item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the situation.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
